You will not find a better Rain Water Barrel then this 30 gallon rain barrel kit.

Included in The Rainbarrel kit is a heavy duty commercial class plastic barrel and a rain water downspout kit for a standard 2"x3" gutter downspout (for 3"x4" gutter please order oversize adapter).

A plastic bulk head fitting is installed and ready for action.

A bulkhead Fitting is a much better solution for a faucet installation, then just drilling a hole which will always leak after just a few uses and a bulkhead fitting can be replaced very easily.

As for faucets, you have two choices,a plastic food grade sink faucet or a plastic flow rite on/off faucet.

The rain water barrel is available from BayTec Containers in blue, but can be painted with any

Krylon Fusion Paint available at any Home Depot or Ace Hardware Store.

Love those rain barrels....the more the merrier! Learn to connect barrels together to channel more rainwater into cisterns or tanks!
But first, should you be channeling rainwater from your rain gutters to your rain barrels don't forget the importance of rain gutter cleaning on a regular basis. Hate cleaning gutters? So did I until I found the Gutter Clutter Buster, gutter cleaning tool on-line and I've never been happier. I can clean my rain gutters in half the time is used to take. Using this tool has made the job safer, cleaner, faster, and easier and saves me money while I'm doing the job. This tool fastens to my 2-1/2" wet/dry vac hose and vacuums all debris, wet or dry, water, snow, dirt, sand, roof gravel, small trees, leaves, pine needles, and the rest into my vac canister. When done I empty the canister into my compost pile (saving me more money) or around my plants for added mulch (saves more money and less potable water.)
My gutters are never clogged and cleaner all the time. My rainwater is cleaner as well and I get more of water, as water doesn't rush over the gutter in a downpour!
Get those rain barrels set up on all your downspouts and anywhere around you home, farm or business and "Save Our Water" and Your Money.
Happy Harvesting To All
